Magic Mushrooms on the Lawn

A lot of people will have mushrooms growing on their lawn and may be wondering if they are just the normal food mushrooms or if they are actually magic mushrooms. Most people will tell you that magic mushrooms are only able to be grown on cow dung and very expensive soil but it could be possible that magic mushrooms grow on your lawn but it would be rather rare. The only way to tell is to identify the type of mushrooms that are growing. If they look like normal food mushrooms then it is likely that they are not magic mushrooms even though there are some magic mushrooms which look like normal mushrooms.

Psychedelic Effects
Most normal mushrooms that grow on your lawn may not be safe to eat but don’t have psychoactive characteristic so you wouldn’t endure any psychedelic effects from eating them. The main idea is for the magic mushrooms to work as a hallucinogen and the mushrooms that grow on your lawn probably can’t do that. Psilocybin mushrooms are magic mushrooms and this is the type which probably wouldn’t just grow outside on the grass.

Keep in mind that it would be very dangerous for you to try tasting the mushrooms growing on your lawn without knowing what they are first. You could identify them after a lot of observation and research. The size and patterns of the mushroom are a start to identifying them but you would need extensive experience in identifying the mushrooms to figure out if they are actually magic mushrooms or not.
