Is it Legal to Grow or Use Magic Mushrooms?

Growing or using magic mushrooms is legal in some locations but not others. The laws will vary depending on your city, state or province, and most importantly your country. The US laws are pretty clear and straight forward as almost everywhere in the United States doesn’t allow growing or using magic mushrooms. The only state in America that allows growing or using magic mushrooms is New Mexico. In New Mexico you are allowed to grow magic mushrooms as long as it is just for personal use.

Looking internationally the laws will change drastically. Every country has different laws for magic mushrooms and in some countries you may get away with growing magic mushrooms and using them. In other countries the psychedelic drug is not allowed at all because of the believed dangerous effects. Many countries have banned the drug just because of the fact that it does no good even if there is no danger in using it.

Before you even consider using or growing magic mushrooms it is important that you check if it is against the law in your area or not. You don’t want to get into any trouble for buying magic mushroom kits, growing magic mushrooms, or using them.
