You should put the dried magic mushrooms into a container which is sealed air tight and is stored somewhere where there is no light at all. You could also store the magic mushrooms in honey if you wanted to and could even eat it as honey spread on bread but it is not necessary. If you decide to do this then you could store the spread that you make in the refrigerator.

Most of the time you won’t need to store the magic mushrooms for very long so this is not a major ordeal to worry about. If you have to store the magic mushrooms for over a year then you should keep researching to find out the best methods possible so they don’t lose any potency, value, or weight over time.
